【摘要】目的 观察糖尿病患者HbA1c对血清CA199水平的影响。 方法 选取糖尿病住院患者198例，分为血清CA199<39 U/ml组和CA199≥39 U/ml组，比较两组各项指标。行多元逐步回归分析，探讨各变量对血清CA199水平的影响。 结果 CA199≥39 U/ml组BMI、WC、FPG和HbA1c水平高于CA199<39 U/ml组，2 hC-P低于CA199<39 U/ml组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示，HbA1c进入回归方程。 结论 HbA1c与CA199呈正相关，血清CA199水平升高的原因之一是HbA1c水平升高。

　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of HbA1c on serum CA199 levels in diabetic patients. Methods 198 diabetic patients were divided into two groups according to the normal range of CA199 level (CA199<39 U/ml). One group is in CA199<39 U/ml, the other group is in CA199≥39 U/ml. The levels of the indices were compared between two groups. Multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed to compare the effect of different variables on CA199 and the independent variables were age, course, BMI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, plasma glucose, insulin, C-P and HbAlc. Results BMI, WC, FPG and HbA1c were markedly higher in group with CA199≥39 U/ml than in group with CA199<39 U/ml group (P<0.05). 2 hC-P were significantly lower in CA199≥39 U/ml group than in CA199<39 U/ml group (P<0.05). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the standard partial regression coefficient of HbA1c was 1.143 (P<0.01). Conclusion HbA1c is positively correlated with CA199. HbA1c has effect on the levels of serum CA199.
