　　【摘要】目的 探讨T2DM患者治疗中发生低血糖的原因，为预防低血糖发生提供一定参考。方法 对216例T2DM低血糖患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，另选同期住院的未发生低血糖T2DM患者216例，对收集的变量进行单因素分析。结果 单因素χ2检验分析结果显示，T2DM患者发生低血糖的变量分别为年龄、病程、FPG、HbA1c及BMI (P均<0.05)。导致低血糖的原因：饮食不合理 (45例，占 20.8%)、运动不适当 (21例，占 9.8%)及药物因素(150例，占69.4%)。 结论 糖尿病治疗中低血糖的发生是多种因素作用的结果，在饮食、运动及药物综合因素中，药物因素是其主要原因。

　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the causes of hypoglycemia of T2DM patients during treatment to provide guidance for the prevention of hypoglycemia in treating diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out for a study on 216 T2DM cases with hypoglycemia during hospitalization. And 216 T2DM patients without hypoglycemia in hospitalization were selected as the control group. The collected variables were used for a single factor analysis. Results The single factor analysis of the χ2 test showed that the variables of hypoglycemia occurrence were age, duration of diabetes, FPG, HbA1c, and BMI (all P<0.05). The causes of hypoglycemia were unreasonable diet (45 cases, 20.8%), improper movement (21 cases, 9.8%), and unsuitable use of hypoglycemic agents (150 cases, 69.4%). Conclusion The occurrence of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients results from comprehensive effects of many factors. Drug overdose takes the largest proportion in all kinds of inducing factors leading to hypoglycemia.
