2型糖尿病患者斋月前后丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、总抗氧化力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的观察

  【摘要】 目的 探讨斋月前后T2DM患者体内氧化应激的变化及其影响因素。 方法 选择穆斯林教T2DM患者68例,分为斋戒组和对照组。测定斋月前后FPG、 2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等氧化应激指标,分析氧化应激变化的影响因素。 结果 斋戒组斋月前后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA较对照组明显增高,HDL-C、T-SOD、T-AOC、GSH-Px较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。Logistic逐步回归分析显示斋月后MDA升高和T-SOD、T-AOC、GSH-Px降低与血糖增高(HbA1c≥7.0%)及血脂(LDL-C)异常有关。 结论 斋月前后T2DM患者血丙二醛升高和抗氧化应激水平降低,可能与血糖、血脂控制不良有关。

  【Abstract】Objective To investigate the changes and influencing factors of oxidative stress in T2DM patients before and after Ramadan. Methods Sixty-eight Muslim patients with T2DM were divided into fasting group and control group. The indices including FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were examined respectively in the two groups, and the factors influencing the changes in oxidative stress were analyzed. Results FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C, and MDA were significantly increased and HDL-C, T-SOD, T-AOC, and GSH-Px were significantly decreased in the fasting group than in the control group (P<0.05) before and after Ramadan. Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of MDA and the decrease of T-SOD, T-AOC, and GSH-Px after Ramadan were related to hyperglycemia (HbA1c ≥ 7.0%) and abnormalities of lipid (LDL-C). Conclusion The increase of MDA and the decrease of the level of anti-oxidative stress in blood in the fasting patients with T2DM before and after Ramadan are related to poorly controlled blood glucose and lipid.
