  AMPK-ACC信号通路与相关代谢疾病的研究进展

  【提要】 腺苷酸激活蛋白激酶(AMPK)与乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)不仅作为各自代谢调节的关键环节,且相互间存在密切联系,可形成细胞内上下游信号通路。AMPK与其下游靶点ACC构成的AMPK-ACC信号通路在机体能量代谢、脂肪合成与氧化过程中具有重要的病理生理意义,在肥胖及其他代谢性疾病研究中日益受到重视。

  【Summary】Adenine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK) and Acetyl-CoA Carboxylaze (ACC) are the key regulators of energy balance, lipid and glucose metabolism. ACC is one direct downstream target of AMPK, which forms AMPK-ACC signaling pathway, being significant in pathophysiology. Recent studies show that AMPK-ACC signaling pathway plays an important role in obesity and other metabolic diseases.
