哈萨克族2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗与血脂、血尿酸及体质指数的相

　　【摘要】目的 探讨哈萨克族T2DM患者IR与血脂、血尿酸(SUA)、BMI的关系。方法 将100例哈萨克族T2DM患者按胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)分为IR组和非IR组，另选60名哈萨克族健康者为健康对照(NC)组，测定FPG、FIns、血脂、SUA，计算BMI，以稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果：IR组FIns、TG、BMI、SUA均高于非IR组和NC组(F值分别为74.733、14.330、11.920、21.940，P<0.05);IR和非IR组FPG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C均高于NC组(F值分别为85.80、22.49、27.08、9.81，P<0.05);IR组HOMA-IR与TG、LDL-C、SUA、BMI呈正相关(r 值分别为0.343、0.380、0.290、0.396)。结论：哈萨克族T2DM患者IR与脂代谢紊乱、高尿酸血症及肥胖密切相关。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate correlation of insulin resistance (IR) with plasma lipid, serum uric acid (SUA), and body weight index (BMI) in Kazak T2DM patients. Methods The 100 Kazak cases with T2DM were assigned into IR group and non-IR group according to the level of HOMA-IR. Sixty healthy individuals were selected as the normal control (NC) group. FIns was measured by Chemiluminescent immunoassay to evaluate IR by homeostasis model assessment method, FPG, plasma lipid, and SUA were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer to calculate BMI. Results The FIns, TG, BMI, and SUA in the IR group were higher than in the non-IR group and NC group (F=74.733, 14.330, 11.920, 21.940, P<0.05). The FPG, TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C in the IR group and non-IR group were higher than in the NC group (F=85.80, 22.49, 27.08, 9.81, P<0.05). The HOMA-IR had positive correlation to the levels of TG, LDL-C, SUA, and BMI in the IR group (r=0.343, 0.380, 0.290, 0.396). Conclusion IR is closely correlated with lipid metabolism disorders, hyperuricemia, and obesity in the Kazak T2DM patients.
