　　一把双刃剑——自噬对糖尿病和胰岛β细胞的影响

　　【摘要】 自噬是一种细胞内的代谢降解过程，能够在溶酶体内降解损伤的细胞质或细胞器。自噬参与多种生物体的生长、分化和组织重构，同时也与某些疾病有关。有研究表明自噬在维持胰岛β细胞结构和功能中起重要作用。抑制自噬可增加胰岛β细胞死亡。然而自噬在糖尿病中的作用还不清楚。本文将对目前自噬在胰岛β细胞和糖尿病中的作用进行总结。

　　【Summary】 Autophagy is an intracellular catabolic system, which enables cells to capture cytoplasmic components for degradation within lysosomes. Autophagy is involved in development, differentiation and tissue remodeling in various organisms, and is also implicated in certain diseases. Recent studies demonstrate that autophagy is necessary to maintain architecture and function of pancreatic beta cells. Inhibited autophagy is also involved in pancreatic beta cell death. Whether autophagy plays a protective or harmful role in diabetes is still not clear. This article summarizes the current knowledge about the role of autophagy in pancreatic beta cells and diabetes.
