2型糖尿病男性患者性功能及性激素水平的临床研究

  【摘要】 目的 探讨男性T2DM患者性激素水平变化及其相关因素。 方法 选取男性T2DM患者100例,记录年龄、身高、体重和病程,检测FPG、HbA1c和性激素水平。采用国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)量表评估性功能状况。 结果 患者IIEF-5评分较发病前降低[(15.40±7.41)vs (23.41±1.65),P<0.01]。无勃起功能障碍(ED)患者与轻、中、重度ED患者相比,其睾酮水平总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素总体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 男性T2DM患者性功能障碍可能与糖尿病症状同时出现,部分患者性功能障碍为糖尿病首发症状。睾酮、黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素水平与性功能障碍程度、血糖控制水平等存在一定的相关性。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of male sex hormone levels and its correlation with sexual dysfunction in male T2DM patients. Methods A total of 100 male T2DM patients were collected. The age, height, weight, diabetes duration, FPG, HbA1c and male sex hormone levels were recorded. All the patients underwent a test of sexual function by international index of erectile function-5 (IIEF-5). Results The average value of IIEF-5 index in the patients with diabetes patients was lower at study time than at initiation of diabetes [(15.40 ± 7.41) vs (23.41 ± 1.65), P<0.01]. The differences in overall testosterone levels between no, mild, moderate, severe erectile dysfunction (ED) in T2DM were statistically significant (P<0.01). The differences in overall follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels between no, mild, moderate, severe ED in T2DM were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Erectile dysfunction of patients with T2DM may appear before the symptoms of T2DM, and even as the first symptom of T2DM. Testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone levels could be related to the degree of erectile dysfunction, and to the control of blood glucose.
