　　【摘要】 目的 探讨中文版8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)评估T2DM患者用药依从性的信效度。 方法 选取T2DM患者182例，以中文版MMAS-8和用药依从性视觉模拟评分(MA-VAS)为研究工具收集资料，采用信度分析、相关分析及因子分析等评价量表信效度。 结果 中文版MMAS-8的Cronbachˊs α系数为0.65，组内相关系数(ICC)为0.80。结构分析共提取2个公共因子，共解释总方差的45.4%。中文版MMAS-8评分与MA-VAS评分相关(r=0.75，P<0.01)。血糖达标(HbA1c<7%)组MMAS-8评分较血糖未达标(HbA1c≥7%)组高[(6.8±1.3) vs (5.6±1.7)，t=﹣4.68，P<0.01]。结论 中文版MMAS-8信效度较好，可用于评估T2DM患者的用药依从性。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8) applied to assess medication adherence of T2DM patients. Methods 182 T2DM patients were cross-sectionally studied. Chinese MMAS-8 and Medication Adherence Visual Analogue Scale (MA-VAS)were used to collect data that were conducted for statistical analysis, including reliability, Spearman correlation and factor analysis to evaluate the reliability and validity. Results The internal consistency determined by Cronbachˊs α was 0.65.Test-retest reliability expressed by the Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0.80. Factor analysis indicated that MMAS-8 was composed of two factors which could explain 45.4% of total variance. Significant correlations were found between MMAS-8 and MA-VAS (r=0.75,P<0.01).MMAS-8 score was significantly higher in good control (HbA1c<7%) group than in poor control (HbA1c≥7%) group (P<0.01). Conclusion The Chinese MMAS-8 is a simple,valid,reliable and clinically relevant tool to assess medication adherence in patients with T2DM.
