2型糖尿病血浆护骨素浓度与内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的关系

  【摘要】目的 探讨T2DM患者的血浆护骨素(OPG)的浓度与内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的关系。方法 选取T2DM患者154例和健康对照(NC)者46名,分别测定其血浆OPG浓度,并采用高分辨血管外超声法检测肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和硝酸甘油介导的非内皮依赖性血管舒张功能。 结果 T2DM组患者血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能为(3.56±0.64)%,低于NC组(5.32±0.55 )% (P<0.01)。多元回归分析显示,内皮依赖性血管舒张功能、24 hUAlb均与血浆OPG相关。Pearsonˊs相关分析显示OPG的浓度与内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈负相关(r=- 0.284,P=0.000)。结论 血浆OPG的水平在T2DM患者中升高,其水平与内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈负相关。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels and endothelium-dependent arterial dilation in T2DM patients. Methods The plasma OPG concentrations of 154 T2DM patients and 46 healthy subjects were measured by a sandwich ELISA method. And the high resolution extra vascular ultrasound was used to measure bloodflow-mediated endothelium-dependent arterial dilation and nitroglycerin-mediated endothelium-independent arterial dilation of brachial artery for comparison. Results The bloodflow-mediated endothelium-dependent arterial dilation in the T2DM group was (3.56±0.64)%, which was significantly lower than (5.32±0.55)% in the NC group (P<0.01). Multiple regression analysis showed that the endothelium-dependent arterial dilation (r=-287, P=0.0005) and 24 hour microalbuminuria (r=0.24, P=0.0074) were found as significant factors that were associated with plasma OPG. Pearsonˊs correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between plasma OPG concentration and endothelium-dependent arterial dilation (r=-0.284, P=0.000). Conclusion In T2DM patient, there is an increased plasma OPG level, which is negatively correlated with the endothelium-dependent arterial dilation.
