【摘要】 IR是T2DM的主要病因之一,但其发病机制至今仍未完全阐明。尽管胰岛素信号传递缺陷被认为在IR发生过程中扮演了重要的角色,但新近研究发现,微RNAs (miRNAs)与IR密切相关。因此,对IR相关miRNAs的研究将为进一步阐明IR发病机制提供新的思路,为早期预防和治疗IR提供新的靶点。

【Summary】 Insulin resistance (IR) is one of the main etiologies of T2DM. However, the major mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of IR remain obscured. Although a defect in insulin signaling transduction is considered to play an important role in the development of IR, the recent researches showed that miRNA is closely associated with IR. Therefore, studies on the IR related miRNAs will provide new ideas to further clarify the pathogenesis of IR and provide new targets for its early prevention and treatment.
