【摘要】 目的 探讨IGT及新诊断T2DM患者血清脂联素水平与胰岛素敏感性及胰岛β细胞功能的关系。 方法 纳入90例受试者,其中健康对照者28名、IGT及T2DM患者各31例,用减少样本数的Bergman微小模型技术评估各组ISI及急性胰岛素反应(AIR),同时测定血清脂联素水平。 结果 血清脂联素水平与BMI、WHR、SBP、FPG、2 hPG、FIns、餐后2小时胰岛素(PSI)、HbA1C、TG呈负相关(P均<0.01),与ISI呈正相关(r=0.565,P<0.01),与AIR无关。 结论 血清脂联素水平的下降与IR、代谢综合征的发生有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible correlation of adiponectin with insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and acute insulin response (AIR) in subjects with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and the newly diagnosed T2DM patients. Methods The 28 normal subjects, 31 subjects with IGT, and 31 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were included in the study. The ISI and AIR were assessed by the reduced sample number of Bergman\'s minimal model method. And the level of serum adiponectin was measured at the same time. Results The level of serum adiponectin was negatively correlated with body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose (2 hPG), fasting insulin (FIns), postprandial serum insulin (PSI), HbA1C, and triglyceride (TG) (P<0.01), and positively correlated with ISI (r=0.565,P<0.01) (P<0.01), however, no correlation with AIR. Conclusion It suggests that decrease of serum adiponectin may play a role in the development of insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.
