【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病前期和糖尿病的相关因素。方法 根据美国ADA2003年分类标准，对糖尿病(前期)相关因素进行Logistic回归分析。总共纳入204例对象，正常血糖66名，糖尿病前期100例，糖尿病患者38例。 结果 3种不同的血糖状态在TG、HOMA-IR、HOMA-b、IgE和C-RP的分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);多变量Logistic回归分析结果表明，IR与IS是糖尿病前期及糖尿病的危险因子(P<0.05)。 结论 IR与IS是公认的糖尿病的危险因子。

　　【Abstract】Object To explore the risk factors related to prediabetes and diabetes under ADA 2003 classification criteria . Methods A total of 204 subjects aged from 55 to 75 years were analyzed in the current study,

　　one-way ANOVA, chi-square test and non-parametric test and logistic regression analysis were used for data analysis. Normal blood glucose was defined as FPG<5.6mmol/L and 2h PG<7.8mmol/L, prediabetes was defined as 5.6mmol/L≤FPG<7.0mmol/L or 7.8mmol/L≤2h PG<11.0mmol/L,diabetes mellitus was defined as FPG≥7.0mmol/L and 2h PG≥11.0mmol/L. Results 1.There was significant difference in the distribution of TG(P<0.05),HOMA-IR(P<0.01),HOMA-b( P<0.01),IgE(P<0.05) and C-RP(P<0.05) in three different blood glucose status.2. Multi-variate logistic regression analysis showed that insulin resistance(IR) and insulin sensitivity were significant risk factors of prediabetes and diabetes (P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusions IR and insulin sensitivity are recognized risk factors for diabetes, our results need to be further identified using large-scale epidemiological studies.
