疑似急性胰腺炎暴发性1型糖尿病患者“双C”治疗1例

　　【摘要】患者女，51 岁，因“腹胀、腹痛6天，伴意识障碍1天”入院,临床症状及完善各项检查后明确诊断为暴发性1型糖尿病(F1D)，该病在临床上比较少见，特异性不明显，以类似急性胰腺炎、酮症酸中毒起病，“双C”治疗方案可以很好地控制该类患者血糖波动。

　　【Summary】A 51 year-old female patient was admitted into the hospital because of her “abdominal distention and pain for 6 days, and disturbance of consciousness for 1 day”. After all the physiological and laboratory examinations, she was diagnosed clearly as fulminant type 1 diabetes (F1D). The incidence of F1D is rather low. It is without specificity. Its onset is always symptomized as acute pancreatitis and ketoacidosis. Treatment with “double C” scheme can make the blood glucose fluctuation of such patients well controlled.
