2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症患者血浆抵抗素和趋化素的变化和相关因素观察

  【摘要】目的研究抵抗素(Resistin)和趋化素(Chemerin)在新诊断的T2DM及T2DM合并微血管并发症(T2DM+MC)患者血浆中表达水平,探讨二者在T2DM及T2DM+MC发病中的作用。方法新诊断的T2DM患者、T2DM+MC患者各50例,健康对照(NC)50名,各组再根据BMI分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,比较各组血浆Resistin和Chemerin水平。结果新诊断的T2DM组、T2DM+MC组Resistin分别为(24.3±4.1)ng/ml,(29.7±3.6)ng/ml,明显高于NC组的(17.1±1.9)ng/ml;Chemerin分别为(109.7±24.3)pg/ml,(115.3±34.7)pg/ml,明显高于NC组的(78.4±31.4)pg/ml(P<0.01)。新诊断的T2DM组及T2DM+MC组的肥胖亚组Resistin 和Chemerin均明显高于非肥胖亚组 (P<0.05)。各组女性患者Resistin和Chemerin水平均显著高于男性患者(P<0.05)。结论新诊断的T2DM和T2DM+MC组血浆Resistin及Chemerin水平较NC组显著升高。Resistin及Chemerin水平受性别、脂肪分布的影响。与新诊断的T2DM患者比较,T2DM+MC组血浆Resistin及Chemerin水平呈升高趋势,但未显示统计学差异。

  【Abstract】ObjectiveTo research the correlation of changes of serum Resistin and Chemerin with relative factors in both type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetic micro-angiopathy.MethodThis study included 50 newly diagnosed T2DM patients (T2DM), 50 T2DM patients with microvascular complications (MC), and 50 normal healthy subjects (NC).The patients were divided into obese groups and non-obese group.Plasma Resistin and Chemerin level were measured.ResultsThe Resistin level was higher in T2DM [(24.3±4.1)ng/ml] and T2DM plus MC [(29.7±3.6) ng/ml] group than in NC [(17.1±1.9) ng/ml] group (P<0.05). The Chemerin level was higher in T2DM [(109.7±24.3)pg/ml] and T2DM plus MC [(115.3±34.7) pg/ml] group than in NC [(78.4±31.4) pg/ml] group (P<0.01).Obesity subgroup versus non-obesity subgroup showed significantly higher levels of both Resistin and Chemerin in both T2DM group and T2DM plus MC group (all P<0.05 or 0.01). Female versus male showed a significantly higher level of Chemerin in T2DM, T2DM plus MC and NC group, and a higher level of Resistin only in T2DM+MC group and NC group (all P<0.05), but not in T2DM group (P>0.05).ConclusionThe levels of Resistin and Chemerin are higher in T2DM and T2DM plus diabetic microvascular complication groups than in normal control group. Female and obesity show a increased level of Resistin and Chemerin in normal control and T2DM.
