　　【摘要】目的用动态血糖监测方法评价不同注射次数双相门冬胰岛素(Asp30)治疗糖尿病时血糖漂移(GV)和低血糖发生率的差异。方法分别使用Asp30每日2次(PG2组)和每日3次(PG3组)治疗两组DM患者，采用动态血糖检测的方法，评价两组患者GV和低血糖发生率的差异。结果PG3组GV及低血糖发生率小于PG2组(P<0.05);两组日均胰岛素用量相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Asp30每日3次注射较每日2次注射在血糖控制达标条件下，GV及低血糖发生率低，日均胰岛素用量相当。

　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo compare the difference of glucose excursion (GE) and hypoglycemic incidence by dynamic glucose monitoring in diabetes mellitus (DM) treated with different frequency injection of biphasic insulin aspart 70/30. MethodsTwo groups of DM patients were treated with biphasic insulin aspart 70/30 twice daily versus thrice daily.The difference of GE and hypoglycemic incidence were detected by dynamic glucose monitoring. ResultsHypoglycemic incidence was lower in thrice daily injection group than in twice daily injection group(P<0.05). The average daily dosage of insulin was similar between two groups(P>0.05). ConclusionsEfficacies of the biphasic insulin aspart 70/30 are better in thrice daily injection than in twice daily injection.
