地特胰岛素用于治疗口服降糖药控制不佳的

2型糖尿病患者疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察地特胰岛素对口服降糖药(OAD)控制不佳的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者临床疗效。方法33例OAD血糖控制不佳的T2DM患者，加用地特胰岛素每日睡前皮下注射，共24周。观察用药前后FBG、2hBG、HbA1c、BMI等的变化。结果治疗后T2DM患者FBG、2hBG、HbA1c均明显下降(P<0.01)。日间低血糖发生率9.1%，无夜间症状性低血糖发生，体重无明显增加。结论OAD控制不佳的T2DM患者加用地特胰岛素可有效控制血糖，低血糖发生率低，体重增加不明显。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of insulin detemir in poorly controlled type 2 diabetes (T2DM) with oral antidiabetic drugs. Methods33 cases T2DM patients with inadequate glycemic control were given insulin detemir at bedtime daily on the basis of their oral agents for 24 weeks. FBG, 2h BG, HbA1c and BMI were compared before and after the treatment. ResultsFBG, 2h BG and HbA1c were significantly lower in post-treatment with insulin detemir than in pre-treatment (P<0.01). Incidence of mild hypoglycemia was 9.1%, and there was no symptomatic hypoglycemia. ConclusionInsulin detemir could efficiently inprove diabetes care in poorly controlled T2DM with oral antidiabetic drugs, with a lower incidence of hypoglycemia and no obvious increment of body weight.
