【摘要】目的

探讨血脂异常对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响及其临床意义。方法 依据《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2007年)》将158例T2DM患者分为血脂正常组与血脂异常组，并进行BNP、血脂、HbA1c、Ccr、UAER等多种生化指标进行检测，分析其统计学差异。结果血脂正常组与血脂异常组除血脂差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)外，其余BNP、年龄、HbA1c、Ccr、UAER、BMI等在两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BNP浓度在T2DM中不随血脂的变化而变化，在应用BNP评价糖尿病患者心功能不全时不受血脂影响。

Effects of dyslipidemia on plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus

【Abstract】Objective

To study the effects of dyslipidemia on plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods158 individuals diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected, 88 with dyslipidemia, and 70 without it. Their blood lipids, BNP, HbA1c, Ccr and UAER were detected and analyzed by SPSS 13.0.ResultsThe above biochemical indicators showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe BNP level is not affected by blood lipid and there is no important value for evaluating heart function of diabetic patients.
