胰岛素—胰岛素样生长因子代谢轴在胎儿生长发育中的作用

  【摘要】 目的 探讨胰岛素—胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)代谢轴在胎儿宫内生长发育中的作用。 方法 连续收集266名单胎足月新生儿基本资料,采用放免法检测脐血胰岛素和IGF水平。 结果 (1)脐血胰岛素水平与出生体重、BMI、身长和胎盘重量均呈正相关(P<0.01)。(2)脐血IGF水平与出生体重、BMI、身长和胎盘重量均呈正相关(P<0.01)。(3)脐血胰岛素水平和IGF水平呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。 结论 脐血胰岛素、IGF水平可作为评价胎儿宫内生长发育情况的参考指标。

  The role of insulin-IGF axis in the fetal intrauterine growth

  【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of insulin-IGF-1 axis in the fetal intrauterine growth. Methods We measured birth weight, height and placental weight in 266 single-birth and full-term neonates who were born in PUMCH. The levels of umbilical cord blood insulin and IGF-1 were measured by RIA. The relationship of the level of cord blood insulin and IGF-1 with related clinical parameters were analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results There was significantly correlation of the level of insulin with birth weight, height, ponderal index and placental weight, respectively. The level of IGF-1 was significantly correlated with birth weight, height, ponderal index and placental weight, respectively. There was significantly correlation between the level of cord plasma insulin and IGF-1. Conclusions The level of plasma insulin and IGF-1 can be used as one of clinical indicators of fetal growth.
