　　【摘要】 目的 观察在西医治疗的基础上葛根素治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)疗效及安全性。 方法 将80例DN患者随机分为对照组38例和观察组42例。对照组接受常规西医治疗，观察组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素。两组均连用30 d，并观察治疗前后临床症状、肾功能、血脂、24 h尿总蛋白的变化情况。 结果 观察组葛根素治疗后显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组 (χ2=4.5205，3.8963，P均<0.05); 两组的5项指标(血尿素氮、血肌酐、血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、24 h尿蛋白)均比治疗前有显著降低(观察组t=4.0453，7.9941，8.4726，11.1290，4.0057，P<0.01;对照组t=1.744，1.8436，1.9033，1.7801，1.7862，P<0.05);观察组的5项指标均比对照组显著降低(t=1.7273，4.6300，5.9980，1.7801，1.7272，P<0.05或P<0.01)，且未见葛根素的不良反应。 结论 葛根素结合西医治疗DN的疗效显著，可降低尿蛋白，调节脂质代谢，无明显不良反应，能改善肾功能。

　　The therapeutic effects of puerarin on type 2 diabetic nephropathy

　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and the safety of puerarin treatment on type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods 80 DN patients receiving 30 days treatment with conventional western medicine (CWM) only (control, n=38) or with iv puerarin plus CWM (study group, n=42). And clinical symptoms, renal function, blood lipids, 24-h total urinary protein were observed before and after the treatment. Results The significant efficiency rate and total efficiency rate were higher in study group than in control group (χ2=4.5205，3.8963，all P<0.05). The serum values of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and 24-h urinary protein of 2 groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment (all P<0.05 or <0.01), and were significantly lower in study group than in control group (t=1.7273，4.6300，5.9980，1.7801，1.7272;P<0.05 or P<0.01 respectively). No significant adverse reaction was found for puerarin treatment. Conclusion Puerarin combined with western medicine in the treatment of DN can reduce urinary protein, improve renal function, and regulate lipid metabolism, without significant side effects.
