　　【摘要】 目的 探讨小泛素样修饰蛋白4(SUMO4)基因163 A/G多态性与2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的相关性。 方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对232例T2DM患者，其中正常白蛋白尿103例(N-UAlb组)、微量白蛋白尿65例(M-UAlb组)、大量白蛋白尿64例(L-UAlb组)，以及102名健康对照 (NC组)的SUMO4基因163 A/G多态性进行检测，并比较各组间基因型频率、等位基因频率及相关临床资料。 结果 NC组和T2DM组基因型和等位基因频率无统计学差异;M-UAlb和L-UAlb组的GA基因型频率高于N-UAlb组(P<0.05)。 结论 在昆明地区汉族人群中，SUMO4基因GA基因型可能是DN发生的危险因素。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of small ubiguitin-like modifer 4(SUMO4) gene 163 A/G polymorphism with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Method The polymorphism of SUMO4 gene 163 A/G was detected by PCR-RFLP

　　in 102 normal controls (NC group) and 232 patients with type 2 diabetes, including 103 normal albuminuria (N-UAlb group) , 65 microalbuminuria (M-UAlb group) , 64 macroalbuminuria (L-UAlb group). The genotype and allele frequencies and relative clinical data were compared among groups. Result The GA genotype frequency was significantly higher in DN(M-UAlb+L-UAlb) group than in N-UAlb group. Conclusion The SUMO4 gene GA genotype may be a risk factor for diabetic nephropathy in Kunming Han Chinese.
