罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗SD大鼠血压和脂蛋白脂酶的影响

  【摘要】 目的 观察罗格列酮对果糖饲料喂养产生胰岛素抵抗的SD大鼠的脂蛋白脂酶活性和血压的影响。 方法 30只6周龄SD大鼠分为果糖喂养组、罗格列酮治疗组及对照组。喂养期间每周用尾动脉血压间接测量法测血压1次。喂养8周后行FPG、FIns、TG、TC、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的测定,分别与对照组比较。 结果  果糖喂养组的血压、FIns、TG、TC及FFA均高于对照组和罗格列酮治疗组,而胰岛素敏感指数及脂蛋白脂酶活性均低于对照组和罗格列酮治疗组。 结论  罗格列酮具有改善果糖饲料喂养SD大鼠的胰岛素抵抗、增加脂蛋白脂酶活性,降低血脂的作用,并有轻度降低血压的作用。

  The effects of rosiglitazon on lipoprotein lipase and blood pressure in SD rats with insulin resistance

  【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of rosiglitazon on BP and lipoprotein lipase in SD rats with insulin resistance(IR). Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups: IR (n=10) ,IR plus rosiglitazone by gavage (n=10, 50mg·kg-1·d-1) for eight weeks, and normal control. Systolic blood pressure was measured using the indirect tail measurement once a week during the study. At the end of eight weeks,the fasting plasma levels of glucose(FPG) insulin (FIns), triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), very low density lipoprotein(VLDL), free fatty acid(FFA) and lipoprotein lipase(LPL) were measured. Results The values of SBP, FIns, TG, TC and FFA were higher in IR group than in other two groups (P<0.05), and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) and LPL were lower in IR than in other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Rosiglitazone could improve IR, increace the activity of LPL, decreace the blood lipids and blood presure.
