【摘要】  暴发性T1DM（FT1D）是T1DM的特殊亚型，该病以突然发病、严重的高血糖和DKA为特征，伴有流感样表现包括发热、腹部疼痛、头痛等，并且化验呈血糖-HbA₁c分离现象。在胰岛中，激活的固有免疫增强肠道病毒的传感机制，其中, 白介素 (IL)和TNF等基因表达的改变进一步引起胰岛β细胞凋亡。

 Fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus with ketosis： A case report and Review 

【Abstract】 Fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (FT1D) is a special subtype of type 1 diabetes mellitus, with characteristics of sudden onset, severe hyperglycemia, ketoacidosis, and flu-like symptoms including fever, abdominal pain and headache. Blood glucose and HbA1c separation phenomenon could be seen in the test. The activation of innate immune can enhance enterovirus infection in the islet. Further more, the abnormal expression of IL and TNF genes cause beta cell apoptosis.
