【提要】 硫氧还蛋白(Trx)是一类高度保守的低分子蛋白,具有促进细胞生长、抗自由基、抗凋亡等功能,在氧化还原调节和细胞信号转导中发挥着重要作用。Trx参与了糖尿病心肌损伤的发生发展,且对心肌起保护作用。本文就近年关于Trx对糖尿病心肌损伤影响的相关研究进行综述。

Trx and myocardial injury in diabetes
【Abstract】 Thioredoxin (Trx), as a class of highly conservative protein of low molecular weight, has various biological functions including the promotion of cell growth, anti-free radical, and anti-apoptosis. Trx plays crucial roles in keeping stable redox status and regulating signal transduction of cell. Many studies have shown that Trx involved in the development of myocardial injury in diabetes. Here we will summarize the research progress on the effect of Trx on myocardial injury in patients with diabetes.
