【提要】 糖尿病患者是肿瘤的高发人群，尽早筛查及防治有重要意义。肿瘤标志物在临床上广泛用于肿瘤的筛查、诊断和鉴别诊断，但血糖异常人群的血清肿瘤标志物水平较正常人群有所变化。因此，明确糖代谢异常与肿瘤标志物间的关联及其机制、确定糖尿病人群肿瘤标志物的异常切点等极为重要。

   Diabetes mellitus and tumor markers 

   【Summary】 Patients with diabetes mellitus are at high risk of tumor. Early screening and prevention is of great significance. Tumor markers are widely used in clinical screening, diagnosis and differential diag-nosis of tumors. However, serum levels of tumor markers were changed in patients with abnormal glucose as compared to glucose normal subjects. Therefore, it is extremely important to elucidate the correlation between abnormal glucose metabolism and tumor markers, and find the abnormal cutoff points of tumor markers and its mechanism in diabetic patients.
