【提要】   格列奈类药物是一类非磺脲类胰岛素促泌剂，其作用靶点是胰岛β细胞膜上的三磷酸腺苷(ATP)敏感性K⁺通道。与磺脲类药物相比，这类药物具有起效更快、作用时间更短、控制餐后高血糖更好、低血糖风险更小等特点。随着相关临床研究和循证医学证据的不断积累，格列奈类药物在T2DM患者血糖管理中的作用日益受到重视。

   Role of non-sulfonylurea insulin secretagogues in blood glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes

   【Summary】 Glinides is a kind of non-sulfonylurea insulin secretagogues. It targets at the ATP-sensitive potassium channel on islet β cell membrane. Compared with the sulfonylureas, glinides show the following cha-racteristics: earlier onset, shorter duration, better postprandial glucose control, and lower hypoglycemic risk. With the accumulation of knowledge in clinical research and evidence-based medicine, increasing attention was paid to the role of glinides in glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes.
