文献综述

　　【摘要】 钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2(SGLT2)抑制剂作为一种新型降糖药物，以不依赖胰岛素分泌和胰岛素作用的机制能有效降低血糖。SGLT2抑制剂可改善IS及胰岛β细胞功能，其相关机制可能与改善高糖毒性、减轻体重和升高胰升血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)等作用有关。

　　【Summary】 Sodium glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors have been developed as a new antidiabetic agent. The antihyperglycemic effect of SGLT2 inhibitors is independent of insulin secretion and insulin action. SGLT2 inhibitors improve IS and islet β cell function with the possible mechanisms of reducing glucotoxicity, weight loss and increasing GLP-1 response.
