木丹颗粒对实验性大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效研究

摘要  目的  研究木丹颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的作用疗效。  方法  采用STZ腹腔注射法制备DPN大鼠动物模型。实验分为模型+木丹颗粒()组、模型+甲钴胺阳性对照(Ⅲ)组,模型对照(Ⅱ)组和正常(Ⅰ)组,分别灌胃给药,观察木丹颗粒对DPN指标的影响   结果  与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖下降,体重增加,差异无统计学意义(P0.05,神经传导速度增快(P0.01),足迹步态参数PLTSITS] 改善(P0.01);与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖水平,体重水平,差异无统计学差异(P0.05);神经传导速度增快(P0.01)。足迹步态参数PL改善(P0.01),TSITS差异无统计学意义。VI组表皮内神经纤维的数量与形态及周围神经的病理损害得到改善,其改善作用优于甲钴胺。  结论  木丹颗粒可改善糖尿病大鼠的周围神经病变指标,其作用效果优于甲钴胺。

Efficacy of Mu Dan granules on experimental rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

 【Abstract  Objective  To investigate the efficacy of  Mu Dan granules on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in experimental rats.  Methods  Rat models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. All experimental rats were divided into 4 groups: model+Mu Dan granules group (group IV, n=10), model+mecobalamin group (group, n=10), model control group(group, n=9) and normal group(group I, n=10). Drugs were given by intragastric administration. .  Results  Compared with Group, blood glucose decreased and body weight increased in Group IV, but the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05)nerve conduction velocity increased (P0.01)footprint gait parameters including PL, TS and ITS were improved (P0.01). Compared with group, the changes of blood glucose level and body weight in Group IV were not statistically significant (P0.05); nerve conduction velocity increased in Group IV (p < 0.01); PL was improved (P0.01), but the differences of TS and ITS were not statistically significant; quantity and morphology of nerve fibers in the skin and pathological damage of peripheral nerve were significantly improved in Group IV, suggesting Mu Dan granules'superiority to mecobalamin.  Conclusion  Mu Dan granules can significantly improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats and is superior to mecobalamin.
