[摘要]糖尿病性类脂质渐进性坏死(NLD)是糖尿病皮肤病变的一种少见类型，发病机制不清，治疗效果不确切。本病发病率低, 无相应的诊治指南，易被误诊误治。本文报道了我院诊治的一例严重而且典型的NLD病案，并进行相关文献的复习归纳，旨在提高和加深对本病的认识以免误诊和漏诊，并探讨可能的治疗方案。

　　　【Summry】 Necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum(NLD)is a rare type of skin lesions of unknown etiology, which is mostly associated with diabetes mellitus. The incidence rate of NLD is low. Currently, there is no standardized, effective treatment for this disease. Here, we presented a case with necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum with serious and typical lesions, reviewed the related literatures to deepen the understanding of this disease and explored possible treatment.
