【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔脂肪组织脂肪细胞因子mRNA表达与新疆维吾尔族肥胖及T2DM的相关性。 方法 选取腹部择期手术的维吾尔族患者114例,分为正常对照(NC) 组50名,肥胖 (Ob) 组48例和T2DM组16例,术时取网膜脂肪组织,采用RT-PCR方法检测各组APN、TNF-α、MCP-1 mRNA表达情况。 结果 NC组APN高于Ob、T2DM组,TNF-α低于Ob、T2DM组,MCP-1低于T2DM组(P<0.05)。APN mRNA相对拷贝数与BMI、DBP、FPG、TG、LDL-C水平及TNF-α、MCP-1表达量呈负相关(P<0.05)。TNF-α mRNA相对拷贝数与BMI、FPG、TG呈正相关(P<0.05)。MCP-1 mRNA相对拷贝数与体重、BMI、WC呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 腹腔脂肪组织脂肪细胞因子APN、TNF-α、MCP-1 mRNA异常表达可能是新疆维吾尔族肥胖及T2DM发生的危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between the mRNA expression of the abdominal adipose cytokines and the obesity and T2DM among Xinjiang Uygur people. Methods Three groups of the adipose tissue samples were collected: 50 samples for normal control (NC) group, 48 samples for obesity (Ob) group and 16 samples for T2DM group. Then the mRNA expression of APN, TNF-α, MCP-1 was detected by RT-PCR. Results The APN mRNA expression was significantly higher in NC group than in Ob and T2DM groups, and TNF-α and MCP-1 mRNA expressions were significantly lower in NC group than in Ob and T2DM groups (P<0.05). The expression of APN mRNA was negatively correlated to the BMI, DBP, FPG, TG, LDL-C, TNF-α and MCP-1 level(P<0.05); Expression of TNF-α mRNA was positively correlated to BMI, FPG and TG (P<0.05); Expression of MCP-1 mRNA was positively correlated to the weight, BMI and WC (P<0.05) . Conclusion Expression of adipose cytokines mRNA in abdominal adipose tissue could be dangerous by causing obesity and T2DM in Uygur people.
