病例报告

　　【摘要】 患者女，28岁，以T1DM、DKA就诊，伴白癜风和毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(Grave’s病)的临床特点，最终确诊“自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征(APS)Ⅲ型”。提示T1DM和自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)同时发生时，应注意APS存在。

　　【Summary】 To observe the clinical manifestation of a 28-years-old female patient with T1DM who had an onset of DKA, combined with vitiligo and Grave’s disease. Diagnosis of autoimmune polyglandular syndrome (APS) type Ⅲ was confirmed eventually. It was shown that co-occurrence of T1DM and autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) in the same patient usually indicated certain subtype of APS.
