 健康体检人群血清Wnt5a水平与腹型肥胖相关性的研究

  【摘要】 目的 探讨健康体检人群血清Wnt5a水平与腹型肥胖的关系。 方法 收集2011年4~5月于我院体检中心体检健康者176名,根据亚太地区成人体重分级建议分为3组:正常(NC)组63名,外周型肥胖组42例,腹型肥胖组71例。采用ELISA检测血清Wnt5a水平,比较组间血清Wnt5a水平并作相关分析。 结果 腹型肥胖组血清Wnt5a水平高于外周型肥胖组和NC组[(1.41±0.49) vs (1.11±0.46) vs (1.09±0.34) ng/ml, P均<0.01],而外周型肥胖组血清Wnt5a水平虽高于NC组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关分析显示,血清Wnt5a水平与BMI、WC、WHR、SBP、DBP、TC、LDL-C、TG呈正相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、FPG、HDL-C无显著相关性。多元逐步回归分析发现,SBP、TC是血清Wnt5a的独立相关因素。 结论 腹型肥胖血清Wnt5a水平升高,与BMI、WC、血脂、BP相关,提示腹型肥胖可能是Wnt5a升高的相关因素,影响脂代谢及高血压的发生发展。

  【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between serum Wnt5a level and abdominal obesity in healthy examinees. Methods 176 subjects from hospital’s check-up center in 2011 were divided into three groups: normal control (NC) group (n=63),peripheral obesity group (n=42) and abdominal obesity group (n=71) according to the Asia suggestion of grading body weight. ELISA was used to detect the Wnt5a level. Results The levels of Wnt5a was significantly higher in abdominal obesity group than in the peripheral obesity group and the normal body weight group[(1.41±0.49) vs (1.11±0.46) vs (1.09±0.34) ng/ml, all P<0.01]. The Wnt5a levels were higher in the peripheral obesity group than in the normal body weight group, but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum Wnt5a was positively associated with BMI,WC,WHR,SBP,DBP,TC,LDL-C,TG(P<0.05), and not correlative with age, FPG, HDL-C(P>0.05). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that SBP and TC were Wnt5a’s independent relative factors. Conclusion The serum level of Wnt5a is significantly increased in abdominal obesity group and relates with body mass index, waist circumference, blood lipids and blood pressure, which prompt that abdominal obesity may be one of Wnt5a-rising factors and that Wnt5a may be associated to development of blood lipid abnormalities and hypertension.
