糖尿病临床流行病学

　　【摘要】 目的 调查广州市妊娠糖尿病(GDM)发病率。 方法 选取2012年 10月至2013年12月1250名妊娠24~28周妇女的75 g OGTT结果进行分析。 结果 根据2011年ADA指南推荐的GDM诊断标准进行统计，GDM发病率[13.20%(165/1250)]，其中年龄≥35岁妊娠期妇女发病率[31.63%(31/98)]高于<35岁妊娠期妇女[11.63%(134/1152)]。 结论 GDM发病率高，尤其是高龄妊娠期妇女。妊娠期早筛查、早发现、早治疗，以保障母婴的良好结局。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Guangzhou city from October 2012 to December 2013. Methods The 75 g OGTT at pregnant 24~28 weeks were performed in 1250 women and the results were analyzed. Results GDM diagnostic criteria of ADA in 2011 were accepted. The mean incidence of GDM was 13.20% (165/1250) in all pregnant women. The incidence of GDM was 11.63% (134/1152) in pregnant women aged<35 years, and 31.63%(31/98) in pregnant women aged≥35 years. Conclusion The incidence of GDM is high in Guangzhou city. It is important to early screen, detect, and treat GDM patients so as to ensure maternal and fetus health.
