内分泌科医生及糖尿病患者对新型记忆功能胰岛素笔的评价性研究

 【摘要】目的评估内分泌科医生及糖尿病患者对新型记忆功能胰岛素笔的选择倾向性;比较评价胰岛素注射笔(NovoPen®5)与其他品牌胰岛素注射笔在以上试验对象中设计特点及使用简易性、治疗信心和依从性影响等。方法2013年12月至2014年3月,共涉及全国二级以上医院共133家。受试者包括内分泌科医生200名,已有使用胰岛素注射笔经验的糖尿病患者600例及初始应用胰岛素糖尿病患者400例。通过问卷调查,收集参试者对NovoPen®5设计及材质,记忆功能,使用便捷性,整体评价等数据并进行结果统计。结果NovoPen®5选择倾向性在内分泌科医生组、已使用胰岛素患者组及新使用胰岛素患者组中分别为94.5%、95.0%和98.3%,组间比较具有统计学差异(c2=8.008,P=0.018);87.5%的内分泌科医生、98.2%已使用胰岛素患者组及97.5%的新使用胰岛素患者组认为,NovoPen®5会增强患者对胰岛素治疗的信心,组间比较具有统计学差异(c2=49.190,P=0.000);96.5%的内分泌科医生、99.2%已使用胰岛素患者及99.0%新使用胰岛素患者认为NovoPen®5简单易学,组间比较具有统计学差异(c2=8.615,P=0.014);对具有记忆功能的胰岛素注射笔选择倾向性在内分泌科医生组、已使用胰岛素患者组及新使用胰岛素患者组分别为93.5%、98.0%和100.0%,组间比较具有统计学差异(c2=27.656,P=0.000)。92.5%的内分泌科医生组、98.5%已使用胰岛素患者组和98.5%新使用胰岛素患者组认为,NovoPen® 5有助于提高患者依从性,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=24.615,P=0.000);内分泌科医生和已使用胰岛素患者对NovoPen® 5在坚固耐用性、外观、剂量读取、剂量调节等方面的综合评分均明显高于相比较的其他品牌胰岛素笔(P<0.05)。65%的内分泌科医生、94.2%已使用胰岛素患者及93.3%新使用胰岛素患者认为NovoPen® 5能满足使用需求,组间差异有统计学意义(c2=141.411,P=0.000)。结论具有记忆功能的胰岛素注射笔在内分泌科医生及需要胰岛素值得患者当中均具有较高的认同率,NovoPen® 5这一具有记忆功能的新型胰岛素笔从外观设计、使用特点等方面均获得了内分泌科医生及需要使用胰岛素治疗的患者的认可,符合临床需求,未来可能成为改善患者依从性、辅助糖尿病患者进行更有效的胰岛素治疗的工具。

  【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluatethe preference of a new insulin pen with memory functionamong endocrinologists anddiabeticpatients. To compareNovoPen® 5 and other brands of insulin penregarding the device design, features and influence on patient compliance.Methods This multicenter study started since Dec, 2013until March, 2014, involving 133 level II and level IIIhospitalsnationwide. Totally, 1200 respondents were recruited in this study, including 200 registered endocrinologists with more than two years of working experience who haveinitiatedinsulin treatmentfor at least 20 diabetic patients within 3 months, 600 insulin treated patients and 400 insulin naivepatients. Respondents’evaluationsonthe design, material, memory function, and injection convenienceof NovoPen® 5 are collected and analyzedthrough the questionnaires.Results94.5% of endocrinologists, 95.0%of insulin treated patientsand 98.3% of insulin naive patientswould like to choose NovoPen® 5. There was a significant difference between three groups(c2=8.008,P=0.018).87.5% of endocrinologists, 98.2% ofinsulin treated patientsand 97.5% of insulin naive patientsthought NovoPen® 5might strengthentheir confidence on insulin treatment. There was a significant difference between three groups(c2=49.190,P=0.000).96.5% of endocrinologists, 99.2% ofinsulin treated patientsand 99.0% of insulin naive patientsconsidered thatNovoPen® 5was easy to learn and convenient to handle. There was a significant difference between three groups(c2=8.615,P=0.014).93.5% of endocrinologists, 98.0% ofinsulin treated patientsand 100.0% of insulin naive patientspreferred to choose aninsulin pen with memory function. There was a significant difference between three groups(c2=27.656, P=0.000).92.5% of endocrinologists, 98.5% ofinsulin treated patientsand 98.5% of insulin naive patientsbelievedthatNovoPen® 5 mightimprove patients’compliance. There was a significant difference between three groups (c2=24.615,P=0.000).Compare with other brands of insulin pen, NovoPen® 5got a significant higher score in every aspects including material robustness, appearance, dose reading via dose window and dose adjustmentin the evaluation among endocrinologists and diabetic patients (P<0.05). 65.0% of endocrinologists, 94.2% ofinsulin treated patientsand 93.3% of insulin naive patientsbelieved thatNovoPen® 5 could meet their usage needs. There was a significant difference between three groups(c2=141.411,P=0.000).ConclusionNovoPen® 5gained acceptanceamong endocrinologists and patients requiring insulin treatment. NovoPen® 5, an innovative insulin pen with memory function, gained its recognitionon the appearance, utilization characteristics from both endocrinologists and diabetic patients. Furthermore, it met the clinical needs andmight become a useful tool to improve patients’ compliance and assist diabetic patients to get a better glucose control.
