糖尿病临床研究

　　【摘要】 目的 分析住院糖尿病患者并发症情况及其对住院费用的影响。 方法 收集2007年6月至2008年7月糖尿病住院患者489例，分析其并发症及并发症对住院费用的影响。 结果 并发症者400例(81.8%)，其中316例(64.6%)有微血管并发症。约30%患者同时出现3种或以上并发症，住院费用随并发症增多而增加 (P<0.001);检查费、化验费、治疗费、药费及住院时间的增加是造成住院费用增加的主要因素。 结论 并发症是影响糖尿病患者住院费用的重要因素，减少和预防并发症的发生对减轻糖尿病患者的经济负担有重要意义。

　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate diabetic complications of hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus, and their impact on the hospitalization costs. Methods 489 cases of hospitalized diabetes patients from June 2007 to July 2008 were collected to analyze the circumstances of complications and their impact on hospitalization costs. Results 400 patients (81.8%) had complications, among which 316 patients (64.6%) had microvascular complications. One-third patients had at least three complications. Hospitalization costs were increased with the number of complications (P<0.001). Increased laboratory costs, therapies and supplies costs, imaging examination costs, pharmacy costs and hospitalization duration were the main factors. Conclusion Diabetic complications are important factors contributing to hospitalization costs of patients with diabetes mellitus. Controlling the appearance of diabetic complications has an important significance upon lessening the medical burden of the patients.
