不同糖耐量水平人群血清成纤维细胞生长因子19水平变化及其与leptin关系的观察

  【摘要】 目的 了解血清成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)在不同糖耐量人群中的水平,探讨其与leptin间的关系。 方法 纳入糖耐量正常(NGT)30名,IGT及T2DM患者各60例。采用酶联免疫法检测空腹血清FGF19与leptin水平,分析FGF19与leptin及相关代谢指标的关系。 结果 与NGT组比较,IGT与T2DM组血清FGF19水平均降低[(312.89±62.57) vs (391.84±63.46)ng/L,(256.12±61.66)vs(391.84±63.46)ng/L, P<0.01],血清leptin水平均升高[(6.82±0.90)vs (6.13±1.12)μg/L,(8.31 ±1.35)vs (6.13±1.12)μg/L,P<0.01]。T2DM组leptin、HOMA-IR和WC是FGF19水平的独立相关因素。 结论 FGF19水平降低可能是T2DM发生发展的一个促进因素。FGF19水平降低与IR、leptin抵抗密切相关,有望为改善T2DM和肥胖起到一定作用。

  【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the serum FGF19 levels and its relationship with serum leptin in individuals with different levels of glucose tolerance. Methods Ninety individuals of NGT,IGT and T2DM(n=30,in each) were involved. Serum FGF19 and leptin levels were measured by ELISA. The relationship between FGF19 and leptin or other relative metabolic parameters were evaluated. Results Compared with NGT group, serum FGF19 levels in IGT and T2DM groups were decreased [(312.89±62.57) vs (391.84±63.46)ng/L,(256.12±61.66)vs(391.84±63.46)ng/L, P<0.01], serum leptin levels were increased [(6.82±0.90)vs (6.13±1.12)μg/L,(8.31 ±1.35)vs (6.13±1.12)μg/L,P<0.01]. Leptin, WC and HOMA-IR were the independent predictors of FGF19 levels in T2DM groups. Conclusion Decreased level of FGF19 may be contributing the occurrence and development of T2DM. Decreased level of FGF19 is closely related to leptin- resistance that FGF19 might have the opportunity to play a role in T2DM and obesity control.
