【摘要】 目的 探讨HbA1c异常是否与服用抗血小板药物反应效果有关。 方法 选取经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后联合服用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林1周的患者88例,采用流式细胞术和血栓弹力图检测服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷的反应性。 结果 HbA1c≥6.5%组二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、花生四烯酸(AA)抑制率低于HbA1c<6.5%组 (P<0.05或P<0.01),PAC-1高于HbA1c<6.5%组 (P<0.05)。 结论 HbA1c≥6.5组血小板活化标记物PAC-1高于HbA1c<6.5%组,高HbA1c患者氯吡格雷反应低下的概率增加,对阿司匹林反应无影响。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the correlation between abnormal HbA1c level and in patients with antiplatelet drug response. Methods 88 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were enrolled. ALL the patients took clopidogrel and aspirin for one week after percutaneous coronary stenting. Using flow cytometry and thromboelastography to detect patients' clopidogrel and aspirin response. Results The ADP and AA inhibitory rate were significantly lower in HbA1c≥6.5% group than in HbA1c<6.5% group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The PAC-1 was significantly higher in HbA1c≥6.5% group than in HbA1c<6.5% group (P<0.05). Conclusion The PAC-1 level was significantly higher in HbA1c≥6.5% group than in HbA1c<6.5% group. High HbA1c level in patients was associated with low response to clopidogrel, and no effect on aspirin .
