谷胱甘肽S-转移酶M1基因遗传多态性与2型糖尿病易感性关系的研究

  【摘要】 目的 探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶M1基因(GSTM1)遗传多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法对T2DM患者(T2DM组,n=124)与健康对照者(NC组,n=100)GSTM1基因型进行检测。结果 T2DM组GSTM1缺失率(71.77%)明显高于NC组(34.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 GSTM1遗传多态性与T2DM存在相关性,GSTM1基因缺失型可能是T2DM高危易感因素。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of glutathione S-transferase M1 (GSTM1) gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The GSTM1 genotypes were identified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on patients (T2DM group, n=124) and controls (NC group, n=100). Results The frequency of null GSTM1 genotypes in the T2DM patients was 71.77%, significantly higher than that in the controls which was 34.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion There exists the association of GSTM1 gene polymorphism with T2DM. The null alleles of GSTM1 may be a predisposing risk factor for diabetes mellitus.
