　　【摘要】 目的 探讨外周血单核细胞TLR2，TLR4的表达与糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)发生的关系。 方法 采用流式细胞学测定60例糖尿病患者(DM组)及68例早期CKD患者(CKD组)外周血单核细胞TLR2，TLR4受体的表达。采集相关临床资料，并进行单因素方差分析和Logistic逐步回归分析。 结果 CKD患者外周血单核细胞TLR2及TLR4表达增加，是CKD发生的独立危险因素(OR=7.014、2.042)。HbA1c，TC，LDL-C也是CKD发生的独立危险因素。 结论 外周血单核细胞TLR2，TLR4受体表达与CKD的发生有关。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes with the occurrence of chronic kidney disease in diabetes (CKD). Methods Sixty diabetic patients (DM group) and 68 diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD group) were observed in this study. Clinical data including hemoglobin A1c, serum cholesterol,triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, MCP-1,and hs-CRP of the patients were collected for analysis. Flow cytometry was used to measure the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes. Data was analyzed with T test, χ2 inspection and logistic regression analysis. Results The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes of patients with CKD were significantly elevated (FI=69.72±4.56 and 34.22±6.47 respectively). They were both independent risk factors associated with the occurrence of CKD (OR =7.014 and 2.042 respectively). Independent risk factors associated with the occurrence of CKD also included hemoglobin A1c, total cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Conclusions The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in peripheral blood monocytes is related with the occurrence of CKD.
