【摘要】 目的 观察拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者在口服降糖药物基础上加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素治疗对血糖和体重的改变。 方法 70例拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者，在口服降糖药一种或两种的基础上加用地特胰岛素或甘精胰岛素。 结果 治疗3个月后，两组血糖都得到有效控制，加用甘精胰岛素的T2DM患者体重增加1.3kg而加用地特胰岛素的患者体重只增加0.2kg。 结论 拉萨地区藏族T2DM患者在用口服降糖药物同时加用基础胰岛素治疗降糖效果较好，地特胰岛素是一种新型长效胰岛素类似物，降血糖平稳持久，低血糖发生率低，而且能减少体重的增加。

　　【Abstract】Objective To observe blood glucose and body weight change in Tibetan T2DM patients who received oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin glargne or insulin detemir. Methods 70 Tibetan T2DM patients in Lhasa received one or two kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin glargne(Gla group) or insulin detemir (Det group)were analyzed. Results After three months treatment, HbA1c, FPG ,2h PG decreased in both groups compared to baseline(P>0.05),average body weight increased 1.3 kg in Gla group compared to 0.2 kg in Det group. Conclusion Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin detemir is more effective compared to insulin glargne in Tibetan T2DM patients in lhasa.Insulin detemir is a new insulin analogue with persistent effect,could decrease blood glucose with less hypoglycemia incidence,and could reduce the body weight increase.
