【摘要】 暴发性T1DM是一种凶险的、有别于经典的免疫性T1DM，该病从出现症状到死亡可能在24 h内发生。研究发现妊娠期出现的T1DM基本上均为暴发性T1DM，一旦发生即可能出现死胎、孕妇死亡。本文通过对1例妊娠合并暴发性T1DM的报告并对国内外该病的发病情况、发病机制及相关生化指标作出分析讨论，旨在提高临床工作者对该病的察觉意识，改善该类患者预后。

　　【Summary】 Fulminant T1DM is a kind of extremely dangerous disease, which is different from autoimmune T1DM. The patient may die within 24 hours since the symptom occurrence. The studies showed that T1DM developed during pregnancy were mostly the fulminant type. Once it occurred, it would lead to stillbirth and death of gravida. One case of pregnancy combined with fulminant T1DM is reported in this article. The discussions on the incidence, pathogenesis, and the related bio-chemical indices of this disease are presented here for enhancing the consciousness of clinical doctors on finding it and improving the prognosis of such patients.
