【摘要】 目的 观察白藜芦醇对非酒精性脂肪肝小鼠肝细胞过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)表达的影响。 方法 小鼠分为正常对照(NC)组、高脂喂养(HF)组和白藜芦醇干预(HF+Res)组。检测肝脏脂肪变性程度及PPARγ、脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABP) mRNA的表达。结果 HF+Res组肝细胞脂肪变较HF组减轻,同时PPARγ、FABP表达下降(P<0.01)。 结论 白藜芦醇改善NAFL的机制可能与下调肝脏PPARγ、FABP基因表达有关。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on gene expression of peroxisome prolifemtor-activated receptors γ (PPARγ) in mice with diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL). Methods Thirty male C57BL/6J mice were assigned randomly to three groups with 10 in each: normal control (NC) group, high fat diet (HF) group and resveratrol treatment (HF+Res) group. NC group was fed with normal diet. HF group and HF+Res group were fed with high fat diet, while after 8 weeks, the HF+Res group was fed with resveratrol. Hepatic steatosis and expressions of PPARγ and FABP mRNA were observed. Results In the HF+Res group, the hepatic steatosis was alleviated and the expressions of PPARγ and FABP mRNA were decreased in comparing with the HF group (P<0.01). Conclusion The improvement of NAFL by resveratrol could be partly related to down regulating expressions of PPARγ and FABP in the liver.
