糖尿病视网膜病变激光治疗前后对比敏感度的变化

  【摘要】目的观察激光治疗不同分期DR的疗效及对比敏感度的变化。方法将DR分期并行激光治疗,对照组(Con组)和DR患者术前及术后行视力、眼底及对比敏感度(CS)检查。结果激光治疗后DR各期视力有效率(84.2%,78.3%,72.2%)及视网膜病变治疗有效率(92.1%,87.0%,83.3%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。激光术前DR各期在各个空间频率与Con组比较,差异大部分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光术后各期DR对比敏感度明显下降,除了术后3个月及6个月时大部分低频区及中频区差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他大部分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CS可以较好地评价糖尿病患者的视功能损害程度,激光光凝对视网膜有直接和间接的损害。

  【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect and changes in contrast sensitivity ( CS ) of laser photocoagulation of DR at different stages.MethodsDR was divided into different stages, and the panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) was used to treat DR. The measurement of visual acuity, fundus examination and the CS in the control and DR groups were performed.ResultsAfter the operations, the vision acuity efficiencies(84.2%,78.3%,72.2%) and the rate of therapeutic effectiveness(92.1%,87.0%,83.3%) on DR showed no significant differences among all the groups(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,the CS at each stage of DR was siginificantly different(P<0.05) at all spatial frequencies before the operations. After the operations, the CS in DR patients was decreased markedly; there were no significant differences(P>0.05) at most of low and intermediate spatial frequencies 3 and 6 months after the operations, despite that,there were significant differences after the operation(P<0.05)ConclusionsContrast sensitivity can be a better evaluation of visual function in DR. Laser photocoagulation have direct and indirect damage to retina.
