【摘要】目的探讨血清可溶性糖基化终产物受体(sRAGE)与T2DM视网膜病变的关系。方法将69例T2DM患者分成DR组和无DR(NDR)组,25名健康体检者为正常对照(NC)组。分别检测sRAGE浓度、BMI、FPG、血脂和HbA1c,并记录糖尿病病程和有无高血压病。结果One-way ANOVA显示DR组sRAGE显著低于NC组和NDR组 (P<0.01),NDR组与NC组无显著差异(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示sRAGE是DR的重要保护因素(P<0.05)。结论sRAGE可能是DR一种新的且有潜在保护作用的因子。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the relationship between serum soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products(sRAGE) and T2DM with retinopathy.MethodsWe classified 69 T2DM into two groups(with and without retinopathy), while, 25 nondiabetic subjects were used as the normal control(NC).We measured sRAGE, BMI, FPG, lipids, HbA1c and recorded the duration of diabetes(TDOD) and hypertension in them.ResultsOne-way ANOVA showed sRAGE was significantly lower in DR group than NC group and NDR group (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between NDR group and NC group.Logistic regression analysis showed sRAGE was the important protective factor for retinopathy in T2DM(β<0,OR<1,P<0.05).ConclusionssRAGE may be a novel and potential protective factor for retinopathy in T2DM.
