　　【提要】封闭式负压引流(VAC)是促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合的新技术，正被广泛地应用于临床。本文对其可行性、现状及其作用机制等进行综述，为VAC临床应用提供依据。

　　【Summary】Vacuum-assisted closure (VSD) is a new technique of promoting diabetic foot ulcer healing, now is gradually comprehensively used in clinic. This article reviews its use in treating difficult healing ulcer in the patients with diabetes and the relative mechanism of this therapy.
