【摘要】目的应用Octopus101视野计的Diabetes程序,对无眼底可见DR的IGT人群进行视野检查,了解其视功能状况。方法对35例(70眼)IGT患者及年龄、性别相匹配的32名(64眼)血糖正常者, 应用Octopus101视野计的Diabetes程序,行中心30°视野检查,以视野平均缺损(MD)为分析指标进行统计学检验。结果IGT组及对照组MD经t检验,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼底尚未出现可见的病理改变时,IGT患者中心30°的视野损害已经出现,并可由Octopus101视野计的Diabetes程序检测出。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the role of Octopus 101 perimetry with diabetes program in the detection of early retinopathy in subjects with IGT.MethodsAutomated static perimetry within the central 30 degrees visual field (VF) was conducted with the Octopus 101 using diabetes program in 35 subjects(70 eyes) with IGT and 32 (64 eyes ) age- and sex-matched healthy subjects.The mean defects(MD) of VF were analyzed. ResultsThe MDs were significantly highier in subjects with IGT than in controls (1.778±1.337 vs 1.022±1.105, P<0.05). ConclusionThe visual field defects have occured in subjects with IGT and even without visible retinal vasculopathy, howerver, it could be detected by Octopus 101 perimetry with the central 30 degrees visual field using diabetes program.
