　　【摘要】目的探讨T2DM患者血糖波动特征与非增生性视网膜病变的相关性。方法选取T2DM非增生性视网膜病变(NPDR)组97例;糖尿病正常眼底(NDR)对组照100例。采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测两组72h血糖变化。结果NPDR组血糖标准差(SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、平均血糖水平(MBG)明显高于NDR组(P<0.05);NPDR与年龄、病程、SBP、DBP、HbA1c、SDBG、LAGE、MBG呈正相关(P<0.05)，与HDL-C、2hC-P呈负相关(P<0.05)。偏相关分析显示NPDR与SDBG呈正相关(r=0.325 P=0.000)。结论血糖波动与T2DM非增生性视网膜病变的发生发展相关。

　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the correlation between blood glucose fluctuation and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods197 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups: 97 patients with NPDR and 100 patients without NPDR. All patients were observed with continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS)for 72 hours.ResultsSDBG, LAGE and MBG were significantly higher in patients with NPDR than without NPDR(P<0.05). NPDR was positively correlated with age, the course of disease, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin, SDBG, LAGE, MBG (all P<0.05)and negatively correlated with HDL-C and 2h C-peptide(P<0.05). Partial correlation analysis showed NPDR was positively correlated with SDBG (r=0.325,P=0.000).ConclusionsBlood glucose fluctuation is evidently asssociated with NPDR in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
