12-羟基二十碳四烯酸与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关分析

  【摘要】 目的 探讨12-羟基二十碳四烯酸(12-HETE)在T2DM合并冠心病(CHD)中的作用。方法 测定109例T2DM非CHD患者(T2DM组),152例T2DM合并CHD患者(CHD组)和103名健康对照者(NC组)的12-HETE水平。结果 T2DM组和CHD组的12-HETE水平高于NC组(P<0.01),且CHD组高于T2DM组(P<0.01)。T2DM组和CHD组的12-HETE均与Gensini积分相关(r=0.430,P=0.001;r=0.371,P=0.001)。结论 12-HETE可能与糖尿病CHD的发生有关。

  【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of 12-Hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (12-HETE) with coronary heart disease (CHD) in T2DM. Methods The level of 12-HETE was detected in 109 cases of T2DM without CHD, 152 cases of T2DM with CHD, and 103 healthy adults. Results The level of 12-HETE was higher in T2DM and CHD groups compared with the control group, and it was higher in CHD group than in T2DM group. The level of 12-HETE was correlated with Gensini score in both groups (r=0.430, P=0.001; r=0.371, P=0.001). Conclusion 12-HETE plays a role in the development of CHD in T2DM.
