【提要】 DM独立于冠心病、高血压之外，直接促进心脏结构/功能改变称为糖尿病心肌病(DC)，胰岛素作用减弱和高血糖是其主要病因。完善DC的诊断方法可以帮助早期诊断和正确治疗。本文就DC的病因(基础研究)、病理、诊断和治疗作一简要综述。

　　【Summary】 In diabetes mellitus, the direct damage of cardiac structure/function in the absence of ischemic heart disease, hypertension or other cardiac pathologies is termed diabetic cardiomyopathy (DC). Decreased effect of insulin and hyperglycemia are the main causes of DC. The diagnostic strategies for DC may help identify the disease in early stage and direct proper therapy. The very article intends to provide a summary in the etiology (basic research), pathology, diagnosis, and treatment of DC.
