体重及其构成成分对2型糖尿病患者骨量的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨体重及其构成成分对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者骨量的影响。 方法 DEXA测定131例T2DM患者及89名对照者的瘦体重、总体脂量、全身脂肪含量、全身骨密度(BMD)及骨矿含量(BMC)，计算BMI、校正骨矿含量(CBMC)，对比两组上述指标，分析体重及其构成成分与骨量关系。 结果 T2DM组体重、瘦体重及BMC大于对照组，两组间BMD、CBMC无差异。在T2DM组成员中，体重、瘦体重、总体脂量与骨量呈正相关，全身脂肪含量与骨量呈负相关。 结论 T2DM患者骨密度与正常人比较无下降，较高的体重、瘦体重及总体脂量是其骨量保护因素，瘦体重的保护作用更显著。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the potential effects of body weight and its constitutional components on bone mass in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods The DEXA was used to detect lean mass, fat mass, the fat content of total body, BMD and BMC of total body in 131 cases with T2DM and 89 controls. BMI and CBMC were counted as well. The measurement values were compared between the two groups and the relationship of bone mass with body weight and constitutional components of body weight was estabolshed. Results The body weight, lean mass and BMC were higher in T2DM than in controls. No difference in BMD and CBMC was found between the two groups. In the cases with T2DM, the positive correlation of body weight, lean mass and total fat mass with bone mass,and the negative correlation between total fat mass and bone mass were found (all P<0.05). Conclusion s No difference in bone mass between T2DM patients and nomal persons is found.

Higher values of body weight, lean mass and fat mass, especially lean mass, are protective factors for bone mass.
