解偶联蛋白2基因多态性与糖尿病

微血管病变相关性的研究

【摘要】目的

探讨解偶联蛋白2基因(UCP-2)8号外显子45 bp插入/缺失(I/D)多态与2型糖尿

病微血管病变(DMAP)易感性的关系。方法检测所有患者的基因组DNA，用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法对UCP-2基因进行扩增，其中无微血管并发症(DM)组62例。DMAP 组101例，记录各组UCP-2等位基因及基因型频率并进行比较。结果UCP-2基因8号外显子45 bp I/D 多态在DMAP 组和DM 组中

基因型分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.58，P>0.05)，两组的等位基因频率差异也无统计学意义(χ2=0.89，P>0.05)。结论UCP-2基因8号外显子45bp I/D 多态与中国人DMAP 易感性无关。

The relationship between uncoupling protein 2 gene polymorphism and diabetic microangiopathy

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the association between 45 bp insertion/deletion(Ins/Del)polymorphism of uncoupling protein 2(UCP-2)gene exon 8 and diabetic microangiopathy (DMAP).MethodsA total of 163 patients with DM were selected(101 cases with DMAP，62 cases without DMAP)，UCP-2 gene polymorphism was done，then genotype and allele frequency was compared.ResultThere was no significant difference in genotype frequencies and alleles frequencies for Ins/Del polymorphism of UCP-2 between control group and DMAP group.ConclusionNo relationship of the 45 bp Ins/Del polymorphism in exon 8 of the UCP-2 gene with DMAP is found.
